The maximum number of guests per room is either 2 adults + 2 children (below 8 years old), or 3 adults. A fee will be charged for each additional adult staying in Deluxe or any other rooms.

It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in.
Foreigner nationals must carry a valid passport along with a valid visa at checkin time.
PAN cards are not accepted as a valid ID proof.
Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises.
Should you arrive at the hotel prior to the normal check-in time, you are advised to approach the Hotel’s Guest Services Desk for assistance in storing your luggage until check-in is available. If arriving early, you are also advised to consider making a reservation for the evening prior to your arrival.
Late check-outs are available on request subject to room availability and occupancy level.
Please check with the Hotel’s Front Desk at least 24 hours prior to your departure on availability of late check-out. A half-day room charge may be incurred for late check-out between 12pm to 6pm and a full day room charge may be incurred for late check-out after 6pm.
Cancellations received 72 Hours prior to Check-in Time – No charge applicable.
Cancellations received between 0 Hours to 48 Hours of check-in time – 100 % Charge of one night’s tariff will be applicable.
In-case of No-show 100% charge for the first night will be applicable.
